Tasks

Daily business (sales force support, marketing & general admin):

  • Offers & price confirmation
  • Price corrections
  • Preparation of sales analysis / customized lists (sales force, customer requests)
  • Product complaint handling (Quality, Regulatory, PSR sending’s)
  • Customer data management
  • SAP procurement system (supplier set up, creation of shopping carts, monitoring / tracking)
  • Concur system (expert in tool (tips/tricks), booking flights/hotels)
  • Polaris system (handling of HCC request & creation in the system, contract management & monitoring)
  • Postage / shipments (daily postage and special shipments)

Project responsibilities:

  • Coordination of price list (NPI and price corrections)
  • Local communications & marketing material
  • Local brochure management

Profile/Qualifications

  • Young candidate, student / person with finished commercial apprenticeship
  • German as mother tongue or very good knowledge of German
  • French/English
  • Skilled in MS Office programs and Outlook
  • 0 to 2 years work experience in related field preferred
  • 60-100%
