Cardinal Health Account and Product Manager Cardiovascular in Baar, Switzerland

Sales Cardiovascular:

  • Achieving Sales Plan, work closely with Sales Manager/country Manager on setting and agreeing objectives to ensure above is met
  • Maintain account plans, customer contact details, review territory plans on a frequent basis, liaise with Customer Service
  • Carry out and co-ordinate marketing / training campaigns in your territory
  • Effectively allocate time among key customers to include Interventional Cardiologist, Interventional radiologists, Vascular Surgeons, nurses and other key stakeholders
  • Watch and report on actions taken by competitors, in particular with respect to key customers
  • Possess and improve knowledge about competitive products.
  • Regularly conduct training and seminars for customers (product users) with respect to product indications, contraindications and the manner of administration
  • Regularly facilitate customer education using in house training modules on products and simulator sessions
  • Take responsibility to establish relationships with Key Clinical and Non-Clinical Stakeholders within Key Accounts

Clinical Support & Product Management EVAR:

  • Participate in medical procedures with the use of Cordis products as technical, clinical support for customers (EVAR:Endovascular Aneurysm Repair)
  • Provide guidance to Complaint Handling Specialists regarding investigation of product related events
  • Provide education and training to Cordis employees about products, procedure, best practice sharing
  • Assess EVAR market trends & competition
  • Develop marketing plan, prepare forecast in collaboration with Business Development Manager

  • Business management related Bachelor’s degree or nursing degree or other relevant medical degree

  • Fluency in German & English is required. French is a plus
  • Experience in a fast paced organization with a quick and pragmatic decisions approach
  • Minimum of two years’ experience as Sales Representative within the medical devices industry is preferred
  • Understanding local Health Care systems
  • Proven ability to interpret clinical data and work with highly technical medical devices
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must maintain professional competence, ethical integrity, knowledge, and skills
  • High in communication and influence, a team player, very collaborative with their approach to align all colleagues to the same goals in accounts
  • Ability to think out of the box and propose innovative solutions / approaches.
  • Time management, efficiency, the ability to meet deadlines work with minimal supervision
  • Opened to travel
