What HR Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

HR Operations is responsible for the administration and efficiency of HR data transactions, processes, audits and calculations and managing internal programs and projects.

  • Uses knowledge of HR processes, technologies, and controls framework to initiate and/or complete routine employee data transactions and to monitor, audit and ensure data integrity.
  • Defines and executes foundational data changes related to organizational changes and merger & acquisition activity.
  • Identifies root cause, evaluates impacts and develops solutions for data and process breakdowns.
  • Develops and maintains standard operating procedures for new and/or modified HR programs impacting employee data requirements.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of program/ project management practices, solutions and technologies as well as change management and business process.

Qualifications

·Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business & Information Technology, Human Resources or related area preferred

·Advanced proficiency with MS Excel & MS PowerPoint required

·Proficiency in Workday Reporting and Data analytics required

·3+ years HR data analyst experience, including the ability to understand the business requirements, user needs and translate them into operational requirements

·Demonstrated technical skills in data analytics, with the ability to translate the numbers into distinct and actionable insights about the company’s workforce; data governance and structure identify trends and understand information that can drive business transformation.

·Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

·Ability to consult with stakeholders and identify metrics and interpretation needed in deliverables

·Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment

·Demonstrated high comprehension level on technical matters, solid experience in problem-solving and strong sense of accountability
