Why Is This Role Critical?

The Quality and Process Improvement Team (Q&PI) drives the heart of our business from the front-line clinicians upward with the goal of leading collaboration to improve quality of care and experience for our naviHealth patients. The Q&PI team works on continuously evolving and growing the quality and performance improvement initiatives as naviHealth takes on new business. The Q&PI Analyst is responsible for identifying and executing on areas of opportunity within the Q&PI operational model. The Analyst will provide support to Q&PI leadership and will play an important part in supporting and driving initiatives within the team. The Analyst may also work with many departments across the company including but not limited to Operations & Clinical Initiatives, Product, Data Science, Engineering, Finance and Operations Strategy.

What you will be accountable for….

  • Develop new reports and support existing reports for Quality & Process Improvement
  • Create and edit presentation decks
  • Handle and maintain confidential data sources
  • Support team in fulfilling internal and external data requests on an ad hoc basis
  • Conduct process, data, and gap analyses to search for trends and relationships
  • Navigate between competing priorities, perspectives and needs from business partners – guides stakeholders towards the best “collective outcome”
  • Identify important trends and drive education to key stakeholder groups

What you will need to be successful……

  • Undergraduate degree is required; Master’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of work experience in prior analyst or consulting position preferred
  • Exceptional problem solving, organization and communications skills
  • Healthcare Experience a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Advanced level understanding of Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to learn quickly in rapidly developing work environment
  • Intellectual curiosity
  • Self-guided: Preference to work with little micro-management or “high touch” management – Candidate is “point and shoot,” self-driven, and can operate with independence via being able to connect quickly to the bigger picture
