Why Is This Role Critical?

naviHealth is looking to hire a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) analyst as a supporting member of the finance team. The FP&A analyst will play a leadership role in tracking, and projecting financial and operational performance, in addition to assisting in the streamlining of performance across the organization. Further, the FP&A analyst will engage with leaders and have high visibility with senior leadership. As a member of this team, the colleague will have exposure to all aspects of naviHealth’s business model and be immersed in the rapidly growing value-based care vertical of the healthcare industry.

What you will be accountable for….

  • Prepare, synthesize, and present insightful monthly financial and business performance results reporting for senior management

  • Meet with operational leaders on a monthly basis to review operational and financial performance

  • Building and maintaining detailed bottoms-up operational and financial forecast models that inform near-term and long-term business initiatives
  • Complete ad hoc analyses and projections
  • Work closely with the CFO and Director to deliver accurate and informative analyses to senior management

What you will need to be successful……

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • 0-2 years of work experience in prior analyst or consulting position
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High energy, self-starter that works well independently
  • Must demonstrate ability to synthesize and articulate complex business analyses
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere
