Cardinal Health Business Analyst – EDI in Dublin CAH Office, Ireland

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Analyse business and user needs, design and specify functional and technical requirements for EDI Solutions
  • Coordinate the development of new implementations and modifications of the EDI Solutions
  • Develop and manage project plans. Lead projects as required, as well as contribute as a team member to project teams
  • Responsible for managing processes and tool sets required to support EDI Solutions
  • Support the identification of opportunities to standardise processes and system configuration globally and ensure compliance across all implementation to these standards
  • Collaborate with representatives of business functions and external suppliers to ensure end to end process integration and consistency
  • Manage and coordinate the design of test cases to ensure that implemented solutions function without error or disruption

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in successfully implementing EDI Solutions
  • 5+ years of experience in analyzing and supporting complex ERP processes preferably in the Order-to-Cash or Distribution area
  • Experience in international environments with co-existence of global and local statutory needs
  • Proven ability to quickly learn existing Business Processes and combine knowledge from multiple disciplines in order to produce an optimal business solution
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects in a cross-divisional and cross-functional environment
  • Ability to work independently, effectively coordinating multiple priorities in a dynamic and changing environment and also in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Adept at understanding business challenges, navigating from problem to resolution and communicating process and resolution effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to interact comfortably with all levels of management and staff
  • Experience in life sciences / medical devices industry preferred
