European Product Manager, Inside Sales

We are currently looking to recruit anEuropean Product Manager who is passionate aboutdeveloping new channels to market to improve customer experience, grow market share and drive performance. You will join a dynamic and innovative Inside Sales team, working in close collaboration with country sales & marketing and cross-functional support teams, to manage a diverse product portfolio and build programs that deliver the value to the end customer. Based at our Dublin 18 headquarters, you will be in daily contact with the Inside Sales commercial team, as well as working closely with the GBU global marketing teams to manage your product categories.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience across Europe and develop programs to maintain current business, grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth;
  • Develop digital marketing capabilities and new go-to-market platforms.
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies to achieve the company sales and profitability targets;
  • Translate product strategy into actionable plans, and closely track execution and outcomes;
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Drive product launches and develop specific marketing campaigns for the Inside sales team to deliver growth;
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.

Qualifications & experience

  • MS/BS degree in marketing / commercial development or equivalent;
  • 5+ years’ experience in product management at country or European level;
  • Front line sales experience in a clinical environment preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle;
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management;
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in using remote and digital technologies to reach target customers;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done;
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization;
  • Communication Skills- Proficiency with all modes of modern communication including use of e-mail, telephone, video conferencing as well as verbal and written. Ability to impart technical knowledge and educate a variety of commercial and clinical audiences;
  • Analytic Skills-use advanced data analytics to identify trends and opportunities then create solutions for business strategy, product positioning and pricing;
  • Strategic thinking begins with asking the right questions, then understanding the market and competition, and finally with defining the product's road map;
  • Time management- An ability to prioritize, organize and meet deadlines is essential;
  • Interpersonal Relationships– The ability to develop and maintain key relationships within a complex matrix organization in order to ‘get the job done’
