Global Trade Operations is responsible for facilitating compliant and effective international shipments on behalf of the business unit.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience, preferred
  • 1+ years experience in related field, preferred
  • Experience with import, export, in-bonds, freight forwarding, and FTZ, preferred
  • Microsoft Office suite, including good working skill of Excel
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, attention to detail and strong organizational skill

  • Process import and export entries (3461, 7501, 214, 7512, EEI) in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
  • Provide logistics support on each shipment, including track and trace, dispatching to the truckers, coordination with ocean carriers, freight forwarders and warehouses.
