What Sales Support Administration contributes to Cardinal Health

Sales Support Administration is responsible for customer maintenance and support, sales quotas, and/or order fulfillment and adjustments.

Work Hours: M – F, 12pm – 8:30pm EST

Accountabilities

  • Create and maintain reports pertaining to the National Accounts business
  • Receive, process and assist in tracking purchase orders for customers
  • Facilitate and manage customer requests for product availability, pricing, rebates and other information through applicable internal departments (Procurement, Pricing, Credit, Regulatory, Finance, Warehouse, etc.)
  • Assist in managing new customer set-up processes.
  • Assist in managing and tracking backordered products for customer purchase orders.
  • Work within a team setting to manage daily tasks based on customer requirements and requests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or High School Diploma with equivalent experience
  • 2 years general business experience preferred
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
