This position is part of SAP Basis team whose objective and responsibility will be to support SAP GRC and its modules like Access control, Process Control and Risk Management. Apart from day to day support, person will be of part core team to enhance and implement new GRC capabilities that covers wide spectrum of SAP best practices and methodologies to continuously improve security and controls of our IT business solution.

Accountabilities in this role

  • Engages with technical process owners to understand technical process steps, identify risk, and drive toward a completed documentation that aligns with the IT Governance and Risk Management programs
  • Provide solutions and coordinate the execution of control mechanism/testing against technical procedures to ensure appropriate execution and that risk is mitigated to an appropriate level
  • Defines and delivers appropriate IT GRC metrics, analytics, and scorecards
  • Maintains all versions and version control for all IT GRC program documentation and pipeline with a thorough understanding of the processes and communicates the status
  • Coordinates various GRC repository system improvement projects and activities to enhance the system of record and maintain effective process controls
  • Lead the development and implementation of the system-wide risk management function of the IT department to ensure risks are identified and monitored.
  • Internally assess, evaluate and make recommendations to management regarding the adequacy of the security controls for the company’s information and technology systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years’ experience in related field preferred
  • Experience in related field preferred
  • Deep competency in one or more Software/Information platform technology domains preferred
  • Breadth in multiple Software/Information Platform technology domains preferred
  • Knowledge on GRC Components EAM(Emergency Access Management), ARA(Access Risk Analysis), ARM(Access Risk management) and BRM(Business Role Management)
  • Good understanding and technical expertise on Integration of HANA, Portal, LDAP with GRC.
  • Knowledge of GRC clients on Process control and Risk management.
  • Good understanding on SAP Solution Manager Functionalities
  • Deep competency in one or more Software/Information platform technology domains preferred
  • Breadth in multiple Software/Information Platform technology domains preferred
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently verbally and written

What Software Information Platforms contributes to Cardinal Health

Software and Information Platforms is responsible for technical configuration, design, administration, development, implementation and support of application and information frameworks that Cardinal Health application solutions utilize.

  • Demonstrates and applies technical (not functional) knowledge of software development frameworks and business process configuration systems. Examples include (not limited to) java application servers, integration and information systems, ERP systems, business rules engines, business process management and .et development frameworks.
  • Leverages fluency in technical languages, operating systems, application programming interfaces,>and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of software development life cycle, modeling of business processes, application design patterns, business/functional documents. Estimates to high level business requirements and provide options analysis.
  • Demonstrates basic knowledge of infrastructure subcomponents and interoperability including (but not limited to) SAN, network (application routing) and compute platforms.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of system information dependencies and end to end application transaction competency.
  • Maintains platform or system health and availability requirements including HADR testing.
  • Resolves support issues involving production systems.
  • Partners with Enterprise Architecture teams for product selection and productcapability roadmaps and information governance processes.
  • Monitors and manages proactive maintenance to application platform environments
  • documents and manages SOPs for software and information platform systems.
  • Interfaces with business solution teams and partners on operational platform events as well as solution design needs.
