Position Description

The Sr. Analyst, OCM (P-Mod) will drive the internal and external training delivery schedules for ILT (Instructor-led Training) and eLearning courses to support the broader training deliverables associated with the large ERP rollout. Deliverables will include a comprehensive, error-free training delivery schedule that will guide on-going training delivery. This role will also oversee the administration of the Pulse tool, an OCM deliverables tracking and delivery tool and be responsible for completing change management deliverables and activities with oversight from the OCM manager.

Accountabilities

Training Logistics

  • Create and manage detailed schedules for instructor and end-user training delivery of (ILT) and eLearning courses across many geographical locations
  • Create and manage detailed training instructor delivery schedules for Instructor-Led training and eLearning courses across many geographical locations
  • Manage the development of training schedules, Learning Management system (LMS) set-up, invites, reminders, follow-up and reporting of training completions

  • Update and manage the P-Mod 2 resource center content

  • Produces written reports, schedules, and related correspondence

Organizational Change Management

  • Complete change deliverables under guidance of OCM manager
  • Create actionable and reusable change activities
  • Create written communications and presentations
  • Act as administrator for the Pulse tool; an OCM management tool that tracks stakeholders, change impacts, role mapping and training content. Activities include: new user setup, Workday data uploads, report generation, course setup, and other tasks as needed

Facilities Planning and Implementation

  • Analyze staffing forecast to support the optimization of the physical work environment
  • Facilitate and support individual and group workplace transitions

  • Apply change management principles to address facilities related change impacts

Qualifications

  • BS/BA Business or Equivalent
  • Strong understanding of MS Office applications
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Prior experience in working on large-scale technology projects a plus
