What Customer Order Mgmt contributes to Cardinal Health

Customer Order Management is responsible for expediting orders by acting as a liaison in problem solving, research and problem/dispute resolution.

Accountabilities in this Role

  • Bi-Lingual - Spanish/English
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Taking inbound calls in a call center environment
  • Working workflow
  • Running reports
  • Researching and resolving issues
  • Working closely with Distribution Centers, Global Trade, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Planners, and Cardinal Health Sales Representatives
  • Working multiple group mailboxes
  • Placing orders via phone/email/fax and working the order from start to finish to ensure that it reaches the end country destination
  • Follow and create Standard Operating Procedures

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bi-Lingual - Spanish/English required
  • Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required
  • Good follow up and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Must be adaptable
  • Good multi-tasking skills

  • Ability to resolve issues from beginning to end all while keeping the customer/sales team in the loop
