Cardinal Health Sr. Coordinator, Inventory Management(3rd shift) in Fort Mill, South Carolina

Hours: 10:00pm - 6:30am

BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for management and resolution of delayed orders, location audits, inventory reconciliation, and monitoring order movement. Responsible for picking components for MPR’s and completing drop shipment requests. Responsible for vendor returns, internal sister plant transfers, and sales samples requests.

SPECIFIC & ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Management and resolution of delayed orders Cycle counts and location audits Inventory reconciliation and recounts. Responsible for Manuel Pick Request. – Excess &Obsolete product. Picking correct component quantities in order of critically based on due date Prepare orders for drop shipments while maintaining proper shipping documentation Will be required to ship other items as needed by other departments Perform all processes as directed by QA procedures Prepare paper work for shipping outbound Verify items shipped, keep tracking records Perform recalls and assist in the quarantining of defective product by Field Corrective Action (FCA) events. Must perform date deviations. Monitor order movement Perform to company standard 5’s program. Perform other duties within the scope of job assignment as assigned by the Supervisor and or lead. Perform duties in compliance with all safety rules and regulations required by the Company, Local, and State and Federal provisions.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or GED Forklift license required.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCES, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

Ability to wear steel toe shoes. Ability to work independently with little supervision. High degree of accuracy when recording information/inventory transactions. Constant balancing, stooping, reaching, handling, fingering, and feeling Constant stepping on and off PIT equipment throughout the 8 hour day Constant grasping with both hands Full range of motion of head Visual and auditory as required by OSHA general duty clause, Section 5 (A) (1). Must be able to lift up to 50lb.

  • High School Diploma
  • Forklift, Pallet Jack, RF Scanner experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
