What Inside Sales contributes to Cardinal Health

Inside Sales is responsible for driving sales and services to new and existing customers. This supervisor will be responsible for managing the Acute Inside Sales Account Management team. This team develops relationships in order to best service most of Cardinal's largest Acute customers while continuing to offer new products and expand the CAH breadth of offerings at these facilities.

Qualifications

  • Inside sales and some supervisory experience required
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 2 years healthcare sales experience
  • Ability to travel 20% of time
  • Strong planning, forecasting, negotiation and presentation skills

Accountabilities

  • Responsible for facilitating weekly meetings/huddles
  • Coaching team to expected performance
  • Ability to conduct territory analysis via reports
  • Review monthly scorecards with direct reports
  • Coordinate manufacturer in-services
  • Participate in projects as necessary
  • Assist in the development of annual sales plan/strategies and execute
  • Coordinates and manages sales contests and incentives
