Cardinal Health Bilingual Customer Care Representative in Vaughan, Canada
Cardinal Health Canada is growing and is currently seeking 3 Bilingual Customer Care Representatives, for an immediate need to join our dynamic team at our head office in Vaughan. This position is responsible for the vital interfacing between customers, sales, marketing and logistics teams. The Customer Order Management Representative processes customer orders and responds to customer inquiries in resolving problems such as substitute products, backorders and order tracking. The position is key to building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Process customer purchase orders and sample orders for sales reps.
•Ability to work in a busy environment.
•Ability to work quickly and accurately, and pay attention to detail.
•Receives general direction on standard work;
•Receives detailed instruction on new assignments.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
•Other duties as required in order to maximize customer relationships by providing consistent responsive information.
•Create a legendary customer experience at every interaction and look for ways to contribute to the ongoing success of Cardinal Health Canada.
•Post-Secondary Education preferred;
•Bilingualism essential (strong knowledge of French and English);
•JD Edwards experience preferred;
•Meticulous, excellent interpersonal skills and enjoys teamwork;
•Comfortable working with different computer applications simultaneously.
