What Sales Admin/Ops Management contributes to Cardinal Health

Sales Operations Management is responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Sales Operations function

This position will report directly to the VP of Sales Operations. Responsibilities will include:

  • Analyze the current Cordis sales compensation model to determine areas of change/improvement
  • Analysis of current state and trends of compensation as it pertains to the medical device arena
  • Strategize and create a plan to roll out a new sales compensation model
  • Execute the roll out of a new compensation model
  • Track the results of the new model and report on those findings
  • Work on additional compensation projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • Experience in Med Device compensation strongly preferred
  • 7+ years experience in related field, preferred
  • Certified Compensation Professional and Global Remuneration Professional certification, preferred
  • Strong Excel and SAP skills preferred
